截个图上来,你这样很难明白是怎么回事的,你应该不会一开始物体就在碰撞区里吧

加了RigidBody后   如果有Collider属性,里面的isTrigger属性要置成false

把BoxCollider调大,大于物体尺寸即可!

好像只有用U3d里面的物体才不能穿透吧。
